Unfortunately because this is a Ryzen 3000-series CPU and it's crashing while walking the page table, it's also possible your CPU is defective. So apparently the glitchy Ryzen 2 2700x's experience a problem running ram at 3000Mhz. I sadly found this out after replacing the GPU to find the same error. I figured out a solid solution.
